Summary: I would highly recommend Mosaic Travel for anyone planning a trek in Nepal. I recently completed the Everest Base Camp Trek with a Helicopter Return, and it was truly the adventure of a lifetime — one that I’ll remember forever. From the very beginning, Mosaic stood out because of their incredible communication and professionalism. I had reached out to several companies with a list of detailed questions, but Madhav at Mosaic was the only one who took the time to thoughtfully respond to each of my questions instead of sending a generic reply. That level of care and personal attention immediately set them apart. Once I decided to book with Mosaic, the excellent communication continued. Madhav responded promptly to every message, went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and prepared, and even provided his direct WhatsApp number — where he was always available in real time. That kind of accessibility is rare and so appreciated. When I arrived in Kathmandu, everything went perfectly smoothly. The transfers, logistics, and hotel accommodations were all top-notch. I met Madhav in person for the pre-trek meeting, and even though there were some last-minute adjustments due to weather, he was completely prepared and handled everything with calm professionalism. I never once felt concerned — I knew I was in good hands. My guide, Madan, was absolutely phenomenal. I can’t recommend him highly enough. His knowledge, attentiveness, and genuine care for everyone in the group made the trek even more enjoyable. He was a pleasure to be around and made sure every detail was taken care of. I’ve even considered gifting this same trek to my 24-year-old daughter after college graduation — and I would only send her with Mosaic and Madan. That’s how much trust they earned. When anyone asks me for advice about trekking in Nepal, my first piece of advice will always be: 👉 Book with Mosaic Travel! They truly deliver an A++ experience from start to finish.

Summary: Had a great experience doing the EBC trek with Mosaic Adventure. The whole trek was very well organised by Madhav and Poorna (our Guide). The whole trip was hassle free. Poorna was knowledgeable and very helpful throughout our trek and handled the change to our schedule on our return leg with great professionalism. I would also like to thank Ram and Ang Bahadur (our Porters) for their hard work and support. I would highly recommend Mosaic adventure. If I have a chance, I would definitely plan a trip with them again in the future.

Summary: We had an amazing experience trekking to Everest Base Camp with Mosaic Adventures. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Special thanks to Madhav and our guide Sonam for their great support and professionalism. Even though our trip happened during a difficult time — with demonstrations in Nepal and a big storm around Dingboche — the team managed everything perfectly. They rearranged our flights and schedule smoothly, and we always felt safe and well taken care of. The whole Mosaic team was friendly, helpful, and very professional. We truly appreciate their work and hope to travel with them again in the future — maybe to Mera Peak, Manaslu, or other great adventures!
